HF60L High Flow Oxygen Therapy Device
High Flow Nasal Oxygen Therapy

High flow oxygen therapy (HFNO) is the first line of defense for patients suffering from Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome, who require oxygenation support.
Pandemedica HF60L provides the patient with an oxygen/air mix, which is administered via the patient's nose, at a high rate of up to 60 litres per minute. Due to the extended periods of treatment, the air blend is both humidified and heated. If oxygen and air mixture is given without humidification, bleeding of the nose may occur and the airways can contract.
